Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

To use questionnaires.ai you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use questionnaires.ai to:

• Collect data illegally or without proper consent from respondents
• Send spam or unsolicited survey invitations
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All prices are in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request.

4. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the billing settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

5. Limitation of Liability

questionnaires.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using questionnaires.ai. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We retain all rights to the questionnaires.ai platform, software, and brand.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
